My mission...
Is to positively impact on the lives of the general public from all fitness levels and those who are living with or may be affected by various health disorders. This is achieved by prescribing and providing the delivery of supportive training and rehabilitation programs to assist people (just like me) who have suffered in particular from stroke/heart disease and/or diabetes with the re-introduction and by strongly promoting health and fitness through daily physical activity.

Hello, my name is Tracey and I am fully a certified Personal Trainer through the Australian Fitness Network.
I currently hold qualifications in Certificate III in Fitness and Master Trainer Certificate IVin Fitness from the Australian Institute of Fitness (FISAF Accredited, recognised both nationally and internationally). My registration encompasses Gym Instructor, Personal Trainer, Childrens' Trainer, Older Adults and Specific Populations.
I have successfully completed competencies in the areas of: Strength and Sports Conditioning, One on One Training, Rehabilitation, Specialised and Advanced Programming and Children and Older Adults. I also hold current Senior First Aid and CPR Certificates, Fitness for Women and am a registered PunchFit Trainer.
I have a passion for training in the great outdoors, often in parks and along beach fronts, and also within a gym environment. Having recently re-located to Brisbane, servicing the Wynnum and Manly areas, along the water-front of Moreton Bay, I find motivation and inspiration to exercise.
